Entry is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand aged 18 years or over. Employees and their immediate families of ZaaBiz are ineligible.This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining each Winner of an iPod Shuffle. Entry is only possible online. The promotion commences Friday, 07 March 2008 and closes midnight on Saturday, 31 May 2008. Winners will be notified by email to the email address entered in their respective profile on ZaaBiz. ZaaBiz reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry. If a winner cannot be contacted within three months of the close of the competition, then the winner will have forfeited the prize. Delivery is only available to physical addresses i.e. no post office boxes. If the prize cannot be delivered to the specified delivery address, then the winner of the prize is responsible for any additional delivery charges. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. ZaaBiz accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from taking the prize.
